I’ve spent my career in Sales and GTM leadership in early-stage companies. I've witnessed how high-pressure, low empathy environments lead to burn out and poor results. I offer an alternative. I help teams build the mental fitness, empathy, and clarity needed to thrive under pressure. My mission is simple: create environments where people do their best work and where performance and revenue grow as a natural outcome.
